Welcome to AOJ+ (“Service”), an online subscription platform offering digital training content in the art of Jiu Jitsu. The Service is owned and operated by Art of Jiu Jitsu LLC (“AOJ+,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using AOJ+, you (“you,” “your,” or “Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read carefully.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use AOJ+.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and subscribe. If you are under 18, you may only use AOJ+ under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
Recurring Charges: AOJ+ is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you authorize AOJ+ to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled prior to renewal, your subscription automatically renews for the same term.
Cancellations: You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Refund Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Price Changes: AOJ+ reserves the right to change subscription prices. Any change will be communicated in advance and will take effect on the next billing cycle.
You agree to use AOJ+ solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Share, resell, rent, or sublicense your subscription or account.
Copy, record, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or exploit any AOJ+ content without prior written authorization.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or access controls.
Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
All content provided through AOJ+, including training videos, curriculums, text, graphics, images, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of AOJ+ and its licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except those explicitly outlined in these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. AOJ+ is not liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
AOJ+ strives to provide continuous access to its platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at our discretion, with or without notice.
AOJ+ may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, you lose access to all subscription content without refund.
AOJ+ is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AOJ+ disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability of content.
Training in Jiu Jitsu involves physical activity and inherent risk. AOJ+ is not responsible for any injuries sustained while practicing techniques viewed on the platform. Users should consult with a qualified instructor and a physician before attempting any physical training.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AOJ+ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Orange County, California.
AOJ+ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
